Rear camera not working, but front camera is ok.
When I use camera function, the rear camera show black screen, when shift camera mode, the software will close automatically. Any one has this problem?

Hi
I don't know for Iphone 7 but for iphone 6S , it can be serious (motherboard damage).
Does your flash light work ?
The phone has suffer from water damage ?
Did you try any software solution (restore or reset) ?

The flash light is not working as well. I did reset several times, no help at all. But I have not tried any the software solution yet. Can u tell me how to do it? Thanks for your answer!:)
Software solutions could be a complete restore using Itunes (do not forget to save your data first). But since flash and camera are bad I think it is more hardware than software. Have you try in an applestore ? An Iphone 7 , it may be still under warrenty.
My iPhone 7 Plus rear camera stopped working but the front camera is working. I try to fix it but I couldn’t solve the problem. If somebody have the same problem please what is the solution? Thanks
