Is there a combined channel list for DVB-T and DVB-S?

Hello I'm trying to set up my new EX600 43" but I can't find a way to combine a channel list from both DVB-T and DVB-S. I read that it is possible for devices after 2016 but I'm not sure if this TV falls into that category. Is this even possible? If yes, where can I find it?

Firmware: 3.142 (I tried updating but it just said "Searching - Please Wait" for like 15 minutes)
