Go to the camera settings and turn of the macro option, that-s why the red led turns ona, its a preliminar led that allows you to take the picture with a better angule, or turn itto automatic, that way it will turns on only in dark places,

It souldn't turn on while recording a video :S, but do the same procedure, go to settings, the option is called "macro" just as is in camera. :D
