Why can't I see anything on my screen after turning it on?

My phone went into a boot loop and it wouldn't stop! Know It doesn't do the boot looping, but I can't see anything on the screen after it turns on. What do I need to do to fix it

Rest Procedure, it's a two button configuration to rest the entire Phone. You might loose contacts, pictures passwords etc; are you prepared for this ? Check manual for 2 button reset.
