HELP Im not geting satelight or battery strength on my phone app.

My Vision 2 plus flies properly no issues and I get video to the phone app but on the phone app I dont get battery strength and I dont show satellite or how many connected. Drone does seam to hover in place like its connected to satelight and indicator lights are lit properly on drone as thou it is actually connected.Using DJI original batteries.
