Can't get off of title screen

My laptop is still not working please help me. It's of Packard Bell

If I hold any keys it starts beeping and also don't go after the first screen which is the company name. Windows isn't starting please help me!!!

What is the model number of the laptop?

What OS is installed?

It would also help if you could tell us if there's any pattern in those beeps.
