White and black horizontal lines on my entire screen?

Ok, so I dropped my phone a few months ago and it was fine. Has a really bad shattered screen, but otherwise it works. A few days ago I turned it on to text my mom and all of a sudden a bunch of glitchy horizontal lines showed, starting from the most damage up. Kinda like water rising is how it showed. I hit the power button, and then turned it back on and it was fine until I clicked on something and then it did it again. This happens every time now. How do I fix it?
