My phone has data but everytime I turn it on it says disable
I have data but ever time I turn it on it says disable. I have turned it on and off and ive restarted my phone several times but nithing seems to work. What can I do?

@oldturkey03 I believe he means that as soon as he enables mobile data it disables. In data settings there is a slider that enables or disables mobile settings.

Its a LG V20 and my carrier is t-mobile.
