After one year from buying S6 Edge plus, the camera started to have problem in autofoucs. It keeps producing buzz sound and vibrating from 30 to 60 seconds. It happens mainly in low light conditions. I tried software erase/wipe but it seems a haedware problem. In order to fix it, so how much does it cost?

The part itself will cost you about $14 USD if you want to fix it yourself.
