I have a Realistic Model MPA-95 amplifier. I want to make a cable connection from it's output to the input of my laptop to record speeches. Where can I find a cable (by manufacturer and cat. number) to accomplish this?

You just need a rca to Mini Jack 3.5mm cable. Ideally it should be an isolated cable, though a quick search did not find one.
