My Samsung Galaxy j2 does not want to install anything even from plays

everytime when I have received applications by share it from another device and if i try to install, it just stuck and doesn't proceed until I cancel it, again if i dowload or install something from play store it kept on reprocessing and end up uninstalled

please help me to fix this problem
