How can I fix a hardware issue of wifi connection.

Last year I buy an Acer Laptop from the starting days it was doing good work but after nine months the laptop start giving me trouble. Then I called to Acer Helpline Number and they repair it… after that wifi connection is not connecting. One of my friend also suggest me a website of Acer which is I mentioned below. How can I fix a hardware issue of wifi connection. Please suggest Acer Customer Service?

If you literally just had it replaced call Acer. It would certainly be their fault and if they messed that up you shouldn't have to replace the fault W-LAN card.
