I recieve iohone from customer , he stoped him iphone 6 and it is in dfu mode.
When I restoring with 3utool ou itunes... when software restarte the phone it self.... after that the phone battry dies... dies not turn on when iTunes restart the phone...

Hello Sham. It's hard to say based on the information you have given us but it sounds like you have a logic board problem. Are you getting any error messages from iTunes when it fails?
NAND corruption can cause this kind of problem or you may just have some kind of charging issue (phone dies).

Error 4014 is usually a problem with the CPU.
