no communication between pcm and instrument cluster

while engine is running, check engine light comes on, speedometer, tachometer, and temp guage do not work. odometer shows all dashes no numbers, tire pressure monitor flashes then stays lit. fuel gauge functions properly. truck drives just fine, if i turn vehicle off, automatically goes into PATS no start mode.
