TV will not turn on. No LED.

I have replace the Power board, still nothing. I am getting 10 volts on P6 (it says 5v on the board), and I am getting 10 volts to the switch. Still it will not turn on. What next?

Have you tried checking the outlet?

If you are referring to the wall receptical, yes. There is also 120v at the connecter on the power board. There is also 5v at the standby pin on the main board. I can find no fault with the power board, and I have also replaced the board, still no start or standby led. I have just ordered another main board, and I'll keep you posted.
Got another main board, and the tv powers up, but the picture is horrible. Brights are whited out, and the darks are blacked out.
I sent that Main bd. back and got another one from another vendor. TV works fine and the picture is as outstanding as it ever was. Problem solved!
The voltage is actually 5v (I didn't notice the doubler was switched on).
