replacement lcd lifting from frame

hi i just replaced my lcd of note 4.

bit of history, i bought whole lcd unit and mid frame.

for some reason, even after purchasing the adhesive and applying, the lcd is not sticking to mid frame, it always lifts up in one of the corners.

anyone had this issue before? maybe the frame i ordered is faulty, i got it from aliexpress..
