Gevey Ultra S configuration issues

I recently purchased an old Gevey Ultra S SIM card (the one that didn't came with the White Reset SIM) to use it on a GSM iPhone 4S running iOS 9.3.5.. I already have experience with Gevey/Rsim's, but this one requires a different configuration:

I followed these steps however I ran into the same problem than the person who wrote the thread above.. What should I do?

If this is an AT&T model that is out of contract, you can unlock the phone for free. https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/request...

Thanks but the iPhone is from Venezuela's Movistar (a branch of the spanish carrier Telefonica), the Gevey SIM appears to be plug n' play for AT&T phones. Might be an early 2012 model.
