Spring linkages are wrong . engine racing no control?

I cleaned my carborator and put everything back but now it starts but it is racing? I forgot where spring linkages go and they are and are in the wrong places. I can attach pictures to help.

Yes, pictures would be helpful. Also if you got a model number, please provide that as well.
