LTA520HE11 Not starting up

TV comes on for about 1 minute , only in audio mode ...no screen... then front led goes red, then it shuts down

Does the front LED blink at all. What have you checked? Double check your model number. LTA520HE11 is the number for a Toshiba LCD panel.....
