No power on the display. Power board failure?

Trying to fix my dad's monitor. A few nights ago, there was a storm and some lightning struck the power box in his home. It basically fried all the appliances that were plugging into his room at the time, including the Apple Thunderbolt Display A1407.

Luckily, it's a British-style plug, with a fuse built it. I've determined that the fuse in the plug has blown. Replaced the fuse and was able to power up an iMac with that cable. Using that same cable, the display still does not work. I've even plugged my Macbook pro to it with a separate lightning cable. USB ports do now power iphone etc.

100% chance now, that it is something inside the display that is not functioning properly. Is it the power board? How do I go about diagnosing this and where would I be able to find parts to replace the damaged ones?

Check the bottom of your stand for the correct model number. Here's a new power supply for the A1316: http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-250W-Power-S...

thanks for that. I just checked and it says it's A1407, which means it's the Thunderbolt display, not the LED one. Will have to do some research to see if the part your posted would work.
