Iphone 6s plus has been under water, everything works perfectly but not the rear camera, ive tried to change it with a brand new one, the problem then is non of cameras working, and the back surface (camera surface) of phone gets a little hot? Help anyone?

With water damage, you have to decontaminate the logic board before doing anything else, otherwise there will be latent issues down the road.
The water is inside the phone, on the logic board and under the shields, even under the IC's. The real problem is the mineral deposits that can cause short circuits or the corrosion that is taking place as the water evaporates. Leaving the power on the device accelerates the process.

You should also consider getting a new battery if it has swollen. Resist the temptation to pop it to let the gas out. A compromised Li-ion battery is a fire hazard. If the device appears to power up but behaves erratically, then use a tool like 3uTools to flash the firmware as it may be corrupted.
A professional repair shop that does water damage repair may be able to recover your phone or the data because they have access to pro-level ultrasonic baths and specialized cleaners as well as the skills to troubleshoot your board. Many shops have a no fix/no fee policy so you don't have to spend money to find out if the phone is fixable or not.

@rubenandreas you have not explained to us what you've done about the water damage. The very first thing you want to do is to not try to restart/sync the phone. This may further damage your phone. The next thing to do is to clean it. Disassemble your phone using these guides. You must remove all the EMI shields of the logic board. If you do not remove those you are not cleaning 3/4 of the board. Clean everything with +90% (no less than 90%) isopropyl alcohol. Follow this guide, and even so it was written for a 3G iPhone, all the points are still pertinent to your phone. Pay particular attention to the SMD components, check for charred, missing or broken components. You can then dry the board in an oven or equivalent at 220deg F (not higher;-) for a few hours. Best way to clean it would of course be through an ultrasonic cleaner. Consider professional help with that When it is properly cleaned, replace the battery. All these steps are to avoid delayed failure caused by corrosion. Once all this is done, reassemble your phone and reevaluate. It is possible that it is "only" your camera that has failed but you can only determine that once you cleaned the phone properly.
