Earphone jack not supporting on a contrary all gesture also not workin

almost after 1 year my motorolo g4+

the problem occurred of headphone jack not supporting properly by simple restart it come back its condition

one day its stop supporting completely even after restart it doesn't show any supportive action

system update has came so I updated my phone after updating it all gesture stop working even my phone start hanging.

service center say its mother board problem for such little issues who changes whole motherboard with imei number..........

if anyone could help please answer..........
