Does the RROD Fix Kit solve Error 0102?
I've got the secondary error code on my RROD 360 as 0102. Has anyone had luck using the iFixit RROD Fix Kit to resolve this error?

Agree with Eric, yes it should This site http://forums.xbox-scene.com/lofiversion... explains all the error codes and is a great keeper for future reference. Give it a try cause the way I look at it, nothing ventured, nothing gained. Good luck and let us know if it works.

I haven't personally used the RROD kit to solve this error. But this quote:
- it mentions for 0102 See Error E18
E18: Error in the "Digital Backbone" (CPU/GPU/RAM), this is usually caused by a cold solder joint between the GPU and the mainboard. There are two theories to fixing this one deals with the "X" clamps that hold down the chips. The other involves re-Heating the chips. DO NOT attempt either of these if your console is still under warranty. If your console is still under warranty return it to the store where it was purchased or call MS to have it replaced.
from this site, makes me think that it will as that is exactly what the RROD kit aims to solve.
