on my touch screen every button works except the number 7 digit, help

so every button on my touch screen works except the number 7 button, is this fixable? would it be an issue with the male pin or female pin? any help would be appreciated

i can easily replace the lcd/digitizer, trying to avoid spending any money on another lcd
