Why won't my Jxd s7800b hold charge

My Jxd s7800b won't hold charge

I try the stock charger and I won't work I just get a blank screen.Then I try a usb charger and it shows a red battery and goes blank.

Is it the charger?

Is it the device?

@andross_ this sounds like a bad battery. Use this video to get to it. Of course you want to check your cable first, then the USB charging port. If none of that yields anything replace the battery and see what you get.
