Why wont my PS4S take discs?

Well, lets put it like this. I was playing Overwatch and i realized i was late for a study session with a friend so i ran took a shower, brushed my teeth, basic $@$*. I left my playstation on when i was gone and it was on for probably 3-4 hours, maybe more. When I came back it said Overwatch wasn't in the system, i pressed the eject and sure enough, wasn't in. So i started searching and then I realized I never took it out. I used the manual release and got the game out, but it still wont take discs. Possibly a broken drive because force is needed to put game in or broken laser, but either way im still in warrenty but i just need to know if there any way to fix this myself, or where to send my system in. Thanks again my dudes
