Got an Iphone 5S that been sitting here for a while, now i pulled out and not sure what could be wrong. It just shows "connect to itues" and it wont update, DFU mode seems not to be able to restore/factory restore it eighter.
And i cant see any error msg from itunes
Any tip out there ??

Appears to be an connection issue between the charging port and the logic board.
First thing I would do is inspect the charging port for any debris / gunk preventing the lightning cable from plugging in fully if it isn't going in fully without a gap between the plug and the iPhone's metal housing frame.
You can use tweezers to do so, be careful when pushing out the gunk because you don't want to touch the 5-pins inside the charging port as that will cause it to depress down which may cause contact issues for charging in the future.
Once you have confirmed the cable is plugging in fully without any obstruction and still does not work then next is to open up the phone and inspect for any liquid damage. No liquid damage near charging port area / battery connector on board?
Test a replacement lightning connector on it and see if it's going to work or not. If it still does not then it's probably charging IC gone bad. Honestly I'm not sure if USB connection to computer is still doable with a bad charging IC.

Phone is open and no waterdamage. I'll connect another charge port and test
Reinstalled Itunes and now i'm getting Error 1403 :-/
Try restoring using 3UTools.
iTunes Restore Error 1403 usually means corrupted firmware download. Try downloading the firmware again.
You will need to manually delete the firmware if you want to redownload it again but don't bother with this and just use 3Utools program instead to flash the firmware onto the phone.
Red screening: I would disconnect everything from the board except charging port and power button, and battery; and for the screen only the digitizer and LCD connectors. Don't connect the front camera cable. Then force DFU and try again.
If it still doesn't work, I'd look at Tristar and some other chips on the board.
Have been tested, no chips looks damage

Try using 3uTools to flash your diabled iPhone.

Have been tested, hangs at 19%.
Now in itunes it gives error 4013
Oh, then try to
1. reboot your iphone.
2. Check out the faulty cable/ port
3. Is wifi network properly?
4. clean up your iphone.
5. restart your computer or reset your iPhone.

When you connect to iTunes, does it recognize it?

Yes, shows SN, Iphone and name on it. Statens that i need to restore or uograde

Did a test With 3UTool and got to 20%, then phone "rebooted" and it stuck there. Screen did a red flash then black and reboot. Tested 3-4 times.. Gets to 19%.. Starting to think it might be faulty NADN :-(

Try unplugging the front camera, for this you will need to open up the phone and restore again.
Hopefully that will work because if that does then the front camera assembly is faulty.
You will probably need to replace it as shown here (Damaged cables cause can cause the phone to not boot up):

Front flex has been removed, testet With a New screen without front cam, still no Luck :-(
