This is a very common issue with aftermarket screens having a gap exactly near the top left volume button and silent switch side.

Higher quality aftermarket screens do not suffer from this issue as I have tested with both high quality aftermarkets, OEM and refurbished original screens.

These aren't phones with dented in frames on corners or sides right?

Yeah it's to do with the aftermarket screen frame then.

The issue is that the lower quality aftermarket screens do not sit / clip in with the iPhone metal housing frame properly. It's probably to do with the thickness of the screen frame assembly, too thick would mean that it wouldn't sit properly (flat on frame).

i know this is the problem of the screens. but what is the solution?

is there any way to make the lcd fitting well and not pop out near the point i mentioned before (vibration, volume).

thank you

The solution I used was to move to another supplier that offered better quality aftermarket screens that did not have this issue.

I forgot to add in that the phones you are working on also do not have bent phone housing right? (Should be flat).

Unfortunately there is no quick fix other than to try a better quality screen when it's caused by the screen assembly.
