I have a dell inside 10 inch tablet and I was trying to see where I can go get it fix

Jasmine here at ifixit we instruct you as to how to fix it yourself and would be glad to guide you through the process but as for directing you to where to have it fixed we need to have an idea where in the world you are as we have members all over the world.

Your best bet is to check your local yellow pages and then when you find a place google it for reviews to see what people thought of there experience there
