So on certain games or apps, you can only continue if you watch a video. For me, this doesn't work. The screen turns black and I'm sent back to the games home screen. This has happened on multiple games. Yet, when I'm on my home screen, ads tend to pop up quite a lot. It's been going on for a year or so and I've tried restarting it but it hasn't worked.

Make sure you have Google photos setup before you factory reset. If you got that phone from Amazon it likely came with ads.

Yeah, I actually did get it from Amazon, and thanks I'm setting it up right now
If you got the one with lock screen ads and offers Amazon will advertise to you.

Thanks, I'm actually just backing my photos etc up and am going to try this. I'll let you know if it works.
