What is the model number of your phone?
What is the problem that you are having?
Here are links to 2 apps that will help to find out if the phone has malware or viruses installed. They are both free to use.
The 1st checks for viruses and the 2nd for malware.
Download, install and run one and then do the same for the other.
When they have both been run and have removed (if any) malware or viruses from the phone check to see how it performs and if there is still a problem get back to us here and detail the problems that you are having.
