Casio G'zOne Rock phone - Keeps rebooting but won't disply Menu

When turning on the phone it keeps recycling through the boot up process but never displays the Menu. Does anyone have a clue how to intercept to get the menu to display? Have already tried removing and replacing the battery and it doesn't have a memory card.
