My friends Polaroid camera won't work right. The film is jammed and she can't unjam it. She paid a lot for it and she loves it too much to get a new one. How can she fix it?

The other day a pictures got stuck coming out of my Polaroid. I removed it from the camera, but now it's saying that it is jammed.
