Are you getting this at the Windows login screen, or where exactly will it not accept a password?

At the log in screen, I can't get it to go to the screen so I can reset it either.
Do you have another computer that you can get online with? If so find Hirens, and download it, burn it to a cd or a flash drive, and boot the problem computer from that.
No I only have one computer
stupid question, but have you tried using admin/admin?
