Time won't automatically update

I just got a nano a week ago and the time stopped automatically changing. It will stay stuck on one time when it is a completely different time. Like it will be 6:00 P.M. and the nano will say 9:00 A.M.

The time only updates automatically when connected to wifi by that I mean the time will change still but may not be the right time I hope this makes sense kind of hard to explain tell me if you don't understand.
