Why can't I fix it?
My phone has a very bad virus, my dad tried to fix it various times but is didnt work!
I need help!

@bottlekitten ,Lili, If your phone is acting up and you feel it is a virus/App/program causing the issue it is usually recommended to do a factory reset. @bottlekitten what model phone? What Virus? How do you know it is a virus? What does or doesn't your phone do?
