Is this iMac's logic board (820-2733-A) interchangeable with 820-2828?

I’m wondering if the logic board (820-2733-A) from the Late 2009 27” iMac, A1312 EMC 2374 is interchangeable with this logic board 820-2828 which is I believe from a 2011 27” iMac.

They appear to have the same form factor…

Sorry no, its more than the shape of the logic board 'form factor'

The connection points for the switches and outlets within the case are not the same to start with...
