50 in plasma (LG 50PZ550) made a popping sound and then went black.

Took the backing off and checked the fuses, capacitors and power supply with a multimeter. Can't seem to locate the issue. The screen is still on but it's like it's paused on a black part of a movie. Little green LED on the back is blinking and from what I've read it should remain on.
