It seems as though it is failing to start and that it is giving "error beeps". You need to count the beeps and also determine if there is a sequence to them and if they are long or short beeps, e.g. does it go 4 beeps - pause - 4 beeps - pause or perhaps 2 beeps - pause - 2 beeps or 2 beeps -pause 1 beep - pause 2 beeps -pause 1 beep or even 1 short beep 1 long beep 1 short beep etc if you get what I am saying
