Sony Z5 won't power on

I did a hard reset on my Z5 by pressing power + volume up.

Phone vibrated once and went blank.

I have left it on charge but no luck.

I have pressed the off button in the sim card tray for 30 seconds and also for 120 seconds. Left it to charge overnight. Still no luck

Any ideas

Hi,

Try starting it with the SIM card and tray removed, also if you have an external SD card installed remove it as well.

If that doesn't work try repairing it using Sony's PC Companion software repair option.
