How can I tell which phone I have?
I know I have an Alcatel one touch but I don't know which one it is. How can I tell?

Mine doesn't say nothing so I how do I know which cellphone I have ???
My Alcatel phone is locked cant go to setting to check which one i have so is there a short cut or something
If the phone has an easily removable battery i.e. the back cover comes off and the battery is just removed, rather than a phone where it has to be dis-assembled to get the battery out then the model number is usually found under where the battery is situated.
If the Google unlock feature was activated you should be able to unlock it or if you know the Google account details on the phone, then a hard reset using the hardware buttons should allow access. You will lose all your data doing it this way though unless it has been backed up before.
