"no service" top left corner doesn't read sim, no bluetooth or wifi

I recently purchased a logic board that kept getting 1611 errors. after replacing with wrong battery, got "error 29" replaced again and got no errors....however the phone does not read the sim card, can't get to imei to active it, grayed bluetooth, and wi-fi in settings....it did however update to 4.2. any ideas?

both bluetooth and wifi are unavailable

also saying "no sarvice" where the signal bars are supposed to be
