Sorry for not specifying exact MB type, motherboard is HP 6050A2566301-MB-A03 (HSTNN-I15C-U).
HP order code for this motherboard is 744020-001.
It has a Haswell chipset, QM87 Southbridge and a 947 rPGA socket.
