GoPro Hero 4 Black, problem with turning on

Hello all. :(

So, my problem is not turning on the camera. When I hold "MODE" button (sometimes 10 seconds and sometimes one click) camera flashes and sounds (as normal), but the screen shows only "Hero4" and nothing more. About 3 days ago it was working normall, it never been damaged. It was happend when I did a format camera (from the camera menu) and after removing and re-inserting the battery (after format camera) (only inscription HERO 4 without a version, etc.).

What I tried to do:

-Hard reset (hold down the shutter button and mode and then insert the battery)

-I downloaded update and do it by manual instalation

-I loaded the camera until the red light goes off ( without SD )

-SD card was formated many times

I think I should buy a card with speed 10 ( I have SanDisk Extreme PLUS 16GB 3 class speed )
