MacBook stopped working after cleaning it from the inside
I decided to clean my Macbook pro completely from the inside few days ago, I looked up a tutorial here on iFixit and I went ahead and removed the SSD, airport card, and both the fans to clean under them, made sure I didn't drop any liquid on anything inside..
so my problem is that when I put my Macbook together again and closed it up, I proceeded to bootup the Macbook ( I have bootcamp installed as well ) So when i booted up to bootcamp the Windows 10 logo showed and it was loading, then some blue stripes popped on the screen really fast and then disappeared, after that the screen went to complete black and nothing was happening anymore, I left it there for at least 30 minutes and it stayed completely black.
Tried to boot into MacOs and it went to the apple logo with the progress bar half full then it got stuck there too..
What should I do? I suspect that I might've wired something incorrectly inside the Macbook, but I'm not sure.

This doesn't sound like a wiring issue. I would start out by resetting the SMC and PRAM if you haven't already. Then, if that doesn't work, try starting up in safe mode.

I tried resetting SMC and PRAM and nothing have happened, still running into the same issue.
I used this extensive cleaning because I bought this MacBook 3 years ago and i've never cleaned it since, I also happen to be a smoker which would add more dust and ash to the environment I use my laptop in.. when I opened it up the dust was so stacked and melted that I had to scrub it off of the venting area :/ explains why the macbook would over heat even though I only have Google Chrome running and nothing else.
PS: my model has a dedicated Nvidia GT750M and that kinda lag from a web browser is what drove me to over clean it.
UPDATE: I tried booting the Macbook in verbose mode just to see if I can find out where its getting stuck, I saw a lot of text on the screen, then it froze there for 15 seconds and next thing the macbook turned off and it never turned on again...that was 24 hours ago
