I used my Huawei P8 Lite for less than a month and the wi-fi and bluetooth just won't turn on all of a sudden. I've tried everything including factory reset, but it still do no good. Please help me because i don't want to spend too much money on just my phone. thanks.

Hi,
As you have had the phone for less than 1 month and have tried unsuccessfully to use a factory restore to resolve the problem then I suggest the following:
1. Verify the purchase date of the phone as printed on the sales receipt.
2. If the phone is still within the manufacturer's warranty period (should be 12 months from date of purchase), consult the manufacturer's warranty statement contained in the documentation that came with the phone as to what to do to make a claim for a manufacturer's warranty repair or replacement.
If you cannot find the documentation search online for Huawei P8 Lite warranty. The manufacturer's warranty should be for 12 months but as to what to do when making a claim may vary, depending on your location.

the alternative is trying to follow one of the youtube tutorials, andMAN,theyrehard to follow, but maybe im just gettin' old!?
