Gigaset Tablet freezing on me

Hi! If you look at the top left corner of your screen when it freezes, you might see that you're getting an email from someone or an app is being updated. You can choose to get your updates only when your tablet is sleeping (not shut down). You can also get a cleaner app like PowerClean, which will help reduce the number of apps running in the background when you're not using them. One thing that does NOT help is trying repeatedly to get the screen to respond when it freezes. That can cause your tablet to freeze up & refuse to respond again until you shut it down. It's frustrating but all devices freeze occasionally...just wait a minute or so. If you don't want to wait, put the job to sleep and check your notifications for clues as to what's causing the problem. I hope this helps. :-)
