When i was using this mobile, suddenly it got switched off and now its only asking whether to Restore Factory Settings or to Restart. If we are touching Restore Factory Settings it doesnt respond. If we click Restart it will start and come to same menu as before.
Please rectify..

This device is Android Jelly bean and I have been using it from 2015. couple of days before when i was using ma mobile . It just get switched off and show its only showing this.
