4 Suddenly turned off and not booting up again
Hello,
I have a galaxy s6 edge that suddenly turned off and won't boot up. If i try to turn it on, it only boots up to the samsung logo and turns off. If i plug it in to charge, The charging symbol comes on once, goes away and comes back again the whole time. It's never showing how full the battery already is. I put the motherboard in a different phone and still the same thing, even tried 3 different batteries. Can anyone help me find the problem?
have you considered hard reset ? (should be in possible in shut down mode, probably holding home+volume up+power button) - factory default ?

I didn't want the data lost i thought maybe there would be a different way but i'll give it a try.

I tried booting into recovery mode but it doesn't even boot that far. Only boots up to the samsung logo and shuts down. Could the issue be something on the logic board?

Not sure, possible,s6 edge arent that old maybe there are some samsung customer support, which can help you with troubleshooting the loading screen.i am not sure though, if there is any samsunf logo in recovery mode, or just some android.stuff.( what i mean, perhaps you are not doing it correctly).i had an issue with permant boot in recovery mode on a htc phone when one volume.key became permanently pressed after a fall and damage to.the plastic. Try youtube, and search for "s6 edge recovery mode"
