My tablet does not turn on
I just received my tablet and I plugged it in to start charging and no light comes on to indicate it's on. I also did hit the reset button.

Try holding down the power button until it comes on. It could take up to 15 to 20 seconds.

@doress ,Angela, After reading your manual on devices operation, if no signs of life or charging and device is new, return for exchange or refund from place of purchase as defective. Good luck.
